Order Confirmation & Printing Process
Once an order is confirmed and enters the printing or production stage, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please ensure that all product specifications, quantities, and artwork (if applicable) are thoroughly checked before confirming your order. Customized Products
Many of our products are custom-made or printed based on specific customer requests. As a result, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side. We do not offer returns or refunds for personalized or printed products. Delivery & Ownership
All products are carefully packed and dispatched after quality checks. Once delivered, the ownership of the product passes to the customer, and Kochar and Company will not be liable for any damage or mishandling that occurs post-delivery. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before printing/processing begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays in payment may result in delays in production and delivery. Design and Content Responsibility
If the customer supplies content or designs for printing, Kochar and Company assumes no responsibility for errors in spelling, grammar, layout, or design once the proof is approved. We print as per the approved files and specifications. Force Majeure
Kochar and Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation delays, or government regulations.
